30-day guarantee
Cast Films offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual access to Cast Academy. If the content is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no justification required.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund at paddle.net using the email you used at checkout, or by writing to us from that same email and we will process the request with you.
After the refund
The money is returned to the same payment method and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once the refund is processed, access to the guides is closed.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time and retain access until the end of the year you already paid for. If an annual renewal was charged by mistake or you did not want it, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.
